For nonprofits and small organizations

Get your donor records out of the spreadsheet.

Lue Digital builds simple, secure record systems for nonprofits and small organizations: who your members are, what they gave, and how each campaign is doing, in one place your whole board can use.

Three ways I can help

Each one stands on its own, and each comes with an optional care plan for hosting, backups, updates and questions.

Simple website

For groups with no site, or one nobody can update.

  • 3 to 5 pages: who you are, programs or events, donate, contact
  • Your colors and logo, and it works on phones
  • Your own domain and matching email addresses
  • All the logins handed over to you

Data cleanup and board reports

For groups whose donor spreadsheet has grown messy.

  • Duplicates merged and records put in one consistent format
  • A clean spreadsheet you keep, whatever you decide next
  • A one-page report your board can read in two minutes
  • A list of lapsed donors worth a phone call

Custom records system

For groups ready to move off spreadsheets for good.

  • Members, gifts, campaigns and events in one place
  • Your existing spreadsheet imported and cleaned
  • Officer logins with sensible limits, plus nightly backups

What a records system does for a volunteer board

Most small groups run on a shared spreadsheet and one person who knows where everything is. Here is what changes when that becomes a proper system.

Record a gift in under a minute

Pick the donor, the campaign and the amount. Totals, progress bars and giving history update on the spot, with no formulas to break.

See every campaign at a glance

Raised so far against the goal, number of gifts, days left. The treasurer's report writes itself.

Know each member's story

Search by name, class or city. Open a profile to see phones, committee roles and every gift they've made.

Receipts and year-end in one download

Export any date range or campaign to a spreadsheet for tax receipts, audits or the annual report.

Logins with sensible limits

Each officer gets their own account. Only administrators can add people or delete records, and accounts lock after repeated wrong passwords.

Works at the event table

Every page works on a phone, so gifts at the gala go straight in instead of onto a sticky note.

Built around how your group already works

The demo tracks an alumni association: classes, campaigns, galas and committees. Your version is shaped to your organization, whether that's a parent-teacher group, a food pantry, a church ministry or a community club.

It carries your name, your colors and your vocabulary. Members can be alumni, families or volunteers; campaigns can be drives, appeals or funds.

How a project works

  1. A free conversation

Thirty minutes about what you track today, what's painful, and who needs access. You'll know by the end whether this is worth doing.

  2. A plan and a fixed quote

A short written plan of the screens and records you'll get, with one price. No hourly surprises.

  3. Build, with you trying it as we go

You get a private preview early and watch it take shape. At the end, your existing spreadsheet is cleaned up and imported.

  4. Hand-over you can live with

Training for your officers, a plain-English guide, and nightly backups. You own the system and the data outright.

What it costs to keep running

Your system runs on ordinary web hosting, typically about $3 to $11 a month depending on the plan and term. There are no per-user fees and no software subscription, so adding a new officer costs nothing.

If you'd rather not think about it at all, an optional care plan covers updates, backups and questions.

Tell me about your organization

A few sentences is plenty: what you do, how you track members or donors now, and what's not working. I'll reply within two business days.
