A sample data cleanup and board report

This is the kind of work a data cleanup and dashboard project delivers: a messy donor spreadsheet turned into clean records, then into one page a board can read in two minutes.

Everything here is made-up sample data from the Riverside High demo.

1. The cleanup

Most groups keep donors in a shared spreadsheet that several people have edited for years. The same person shows up three times, states are spelled four ways, and totals don't add up. A cleanup fixes that once, properly.

Clean data turns into a one-page report for every board meeting. Hover over any chart to see the exact numbers.
